Bußgelder: read the notice and protect deadlines
Iranian drivers in Germany should distinguish a warning from a formal Bußgeldbescheid. Record service of the formal notice, read its instructions and act promptly: the ordinary objection period is two weeks after service, not after a later translation.

A warning procedure for a minor offence is different from a formal fine notice. The formal notice identifies the alleged act, evidence, fine and any additional consequences. Check the person, vehicle, date and place and retain the envelope. If you need Persian-language help, arrange it promptly without assuming the legal clock waits.
Under §67 OWiG, an objection to a Bußgeldbescheid is normally made within two weeks of service, in writing or recorded at the issuing administrative authority. Follow the notice's permitted submission instructions and retain proof of timely receipt. Without an effective objection the notice becomes final and enforceable. If you cannot pay, contact the competent enforcement authority about your circumstances rather than ignoring the demand.
