Using the Bürgeramt in Berlin
An Iranian resident can use the Bürgeramt for address registration in Berlin. Choose the service first and follow its document and appointment rules; the German passport services listed there do not apply simply because you live in Germany.

Berlin’s official directory lists Bürgeramt locations by district. Start with the service description to see which locations offer it and whether an appointment or another submission route is available.
For ordinary address registration Berlin allows all its Bürgerämter. It directs asylum applicants, people with Duldung and specified other groups to the Flüchtlingsbürgeramt. Your Iranian nationality alone does not determine that special routing; check your residence situation against the service page.
