Contacting the Ausländerbehörde in Berlin
For an Iranian resident of Berlin, the immigration office is the Landesamt für Einwanderung (LEA). Use the online application for your service, or the responsible unit’s contact form if no online application exists. The former appointment portal is closed.

For many Berlin residence services, the LEA checks the uploaded application before offering an appointment. Where there is no online application, request contact through the responsible unit’s form. Ordinary visits without an appointment are not possible.
Use the separate instructions for Aufenthaltsgestattung, Duldung and other listed documents if they apply to you. A Schengen C visa is not extended by booking a residence appointment or applying for a residence permit. Before travel, check the validity of your actual travel and residence documents.
