An Iranian resident arranging home internet in Germany should check service availability at the exact address and read the contract summary before agreeing. The same consumer rules apply to Iranian customers; advertised speed alone does not describe the price, duration or moving conditions.

The statutory contract summary includes key service features, activation and recurring charges, duration and termination conditions. Check installation, router arrangements and the actual service offered to your home before scheduling activation.
When moving, the provider must continue the agreed service without changing the contract term if it offers that service at the new address. If it cannot offer it there, § 60 TKG provides a special one-month termination period. Notify the provider and clarify your particular move rather than assuming relocation automatically ends the contract.
